7.5.11 Calibrate and Check
Description
The Calibrate and Check
SPI command is used to trigger one of the following features:
- Temperature measurement
- SRC calibration
- FRC calibration
- VCO tuning
- Self check
- extReq.tuneCheckConfig = tuneCheckConfig
- extReq.serviceChannelConfig = serviceChannelConfig
