3.28.4 TAS Port Configuration Parameters

Use this command to configure Time Aware Shaper (TAS) port parameters.

Command Syntax:

tsn tas always-guard-band 
tsn tas gate-enabled 
tsn tas gate-states queue <queue> { open | closed }
tsn tas control-list-length <length>
tsn tas cycle-time <time> { ms | us | ns }
tsn tas cycle-time-extension <extension>
tsn tas base-time seconds <seconds> nanoseconds <nanoseconds>

Parameter

<queue>

Specific queue or range from 0–7.

<length>

Length of Admin Control List, the value ranges from 0–256.

<time>

A number of time units defining the cycle time. The value ranges from 1–999999999. The resulting Cycle Time must be >= 256 ns and <= 999999999 ns. The default value is 100 ms.

<extension>

Extension,an integer number of nanoseconds. The value ranges from 256–999999999. The default value is 256.

<seconds>

Seconds, the value ranges from 0–4294967295. The default value is 0.

<nanoseconds>

Nanoseconds, the value ranges from 0–999999999. The default value is 0.
