7.1.18 Disable debugWIRE

Resets the target and temporarily disables the debugWIRE interface.

In this state the debugWIRE module will no longer be in control of the /RESET pin. The value of the DWEN fuse is unaffected. Cycling power in this state will cause the debugWIRE module to regain control of the /RESET pin.
