3.4.3.7 Temperature Measurement

The ATA8510/15 provides an accurate measurement of the current IC temperature. A special procedure implemented in the firmware has to be followed to obtain the temperature values. The raw temperature value is stored in the TEMPH/TEMPL registers, which is, then, converted to °C and written to the SRAM by firmware (see Temperature Measurement).
