54.3 General Operating Ratings
The device must operate within the ratings listed below in
order for all other electrical characteristics and typical characteristics of the device to be
valid.
Symbol | Description | Min. | Typ. | Max. | Units |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
VDDIO(2,3) | IO Supply Voltage | 1.71(1) | 3.3 | 3.63 | V |
VDDIOB(2,3) | IOB Supply Voltage | 1.71(1) | 3.3 | 3.63 | V |
VDDANA(2,3) | Analog supply voltage | 1.71(1) | 3.3 | 3.63 | V |
VBAT | Battery Supply Voltage | 1.71 (1) | 3.3 | 3.63 | V |
Note:
- With BOD33 is disabled, BOD12 is enabled.
- The same voltage must be applied to VDDIO and VDDANA. VDDIOB must be lower or equal to VDDIO and VDDANA.
- When I/O pads in the VDDIOB cluster are multiplexed as analog pads, VDDANA is used to power the I/O. Using this configuration may result in an electrical conflict if the VDDIOB voltage is different from that of VDDIO and VDDANA. If the application has such requirements, it is required to power VDDIOB, VDDIO and VDDANA from the same supply source to ensure that they are always at the same voltage.
- The device must operate with in the ratings listed in the Table 58-2. Thermal Operation Conditions.
