For all other device characteristics to be valid, the device must operate within the ratings listed in this section.

General Operating Conditions:

Operating Voltage: V_DDMIN ≤ V_DD ≤ V_DDMAX
Operating Voltage with USB Voltage Regulator enabled: V_DDUMIN ≤ V_DDU ≤ V_DD
