21.1.6.11 Windowed Counter Mode

This mode counts pulses on the signal input, within a window dictated by the window input. It begins counting upon seeing a rising edge of the window input, updates the SMTxCPW register on a falling edge of the window input, and updates the SMTxCPR register on each rising edge of the window input after the first.
