Note: All firmware version 1.0 syntax remains valid in version 1.2 and later.

Command + or Echo without a parameter toggles the local echo ON and OFF. If sending the + or Echo command in Command mode without a parameter, all typed characters are echoed to the output. Typing + or Echo again turns local echo OFF. If an input parameter is attached to the command + or Echo, the input parameter is directly echoed back to UART.
