40.5.2.8 Input Channel Conversion Priority

The selection of the next analog input for conversion uses a “natural ascending order” priority scheme to resolve simultaneous requests for input conversions. In scan mode, analog input channels are always processed from lower to higher channels as selected by the user in the ADC CHNCFG2n.CSS register.
