A Project template is a template that contains a whole project. Redistribute this template to other users to ease the setup of a default project. The template code can contain parameters substituted on creation. See Default Template Parameters for information on this.
The template wizard is self-explanatory, and on completion, the created template will be available in the File → File → New Project... dialog.
