1.8.1 Launch SmartDebug from Libero

On the Design Flow window:

Select Generate SmartDebug FPGA Array Data to generate data for SmartDebug Design.  Once the data is generated, a green tick mark is seen on the left side of the option indicating that the data generation is successful.
Open SmartDebug Design.
