17.2.17 Quad Double Word Program (QUAD_DOUBLE_WORD_PROGRAM) Command

QUAD_DOUBLE_WORD_PROGRAM instructs the PE to program four, 64-bit words at the specified address. The address must be an aligned four word boundary (bits 0-1 must be ‘0’). If not, the command returns a FAIL response value and no data will be programmed.
