3.2.4 Transmit PLL

The PolarFire transmit PLL (PF_TX_PLL) is a hard IP block which provides a bit clock and a reference clock to the transceiver block. The transmit PLL is configured with a reference clock of 156.25 MHz and generates an output clock of 10312.5 Mbps.
