1.4.2.2 AXI Slave Read Transactions

PCIESS generates a PCIe tag, arbitrates between write requests and completions, and then checks for available credits. An error response is generated if a timeout occurs or if a “completion with error” status is received. The maximum number of outstanding read transactions supported is four.
