50.7.17 Optical UART RX Transceiver Characteristics
The following table gives the description of the optical link transceiver for electrically isolated serial communication with hand-held equipment, such as calibrators compliant with standards ANSI-C12.18 or IEC62056-21 (only available on UART). The Analog Comparator embedded in the transceiver can also used in standalone. Refer to section Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART).
