The address and control signals group
to be tightly length match, skew between them must not exceed 25 ps–50 ps.
DQ/DQS group routing is
point-to-point and the skew between DATA/DQS also must not exceed 50 ps.
Skew between CLK/CA/control group and
DQ/DQS group must not exceed 100 ps.
Good to have a longer clock/CA trace than DQS.
