17.5.8.2.1 Single Refresh

When using single refresh (RFSHCTL0.refresh_burst = 0), the UDDRC issues refreshes every time the refresh timer (t_REFI) expires. This is the optimal mode of operation for systems that minimize the maximum latency associated with refresh cycles.
