Summary
Reads length number of bytes from a given address in FLASH memory.
Description
Reads length number of bytes from a given address in FLASH memory into the user buffer.
Precondition
None
Parameters

| length | Number of bytes to read |
| address | FLASH address to be read from |
Returns
True - If Flash read is successful
False - If Flash read is not successful
