5.17 Voltage Reference Ramp

To avoid sudden changes of output voltage reference, a ramp function is implemented in firmware. The firmware takes the reference from the Power Board Visualizer and ramps the actual reference from the current to set point value. This ensures Fault handling and enables safe operation.
