Results:

The input voltage range starts at V_IN = 400V, but to regulate the output from 12-14V with enough headroom, a minimum of V_IN = 550V is recommended. Output voltage of 12V can already be achieved at V_IN = 450V, but this drives the duty to the maximum value = 95% with no chance of regulation for load transients.
