20.4.13 Software Coherent Read and Write

If the HLDRD bit in the QEIxCON register is set, software should be able to trigger a simultaneous transfer from POSxCNT and INDxCNT to POSxHLD and INDXxHLD registers respectively, for coherent reads.

If the HLDWR bit in the QEIxCON register is set, software should be able to trigger a simultaneous transfer from POSxHLD and INDXxHLD to POSxCNT and INDXxCNT registers respectively, for coherent writes.
