5.24.13 Opening a Schematic Source File
Use ViewDraw to edit your schematic files.
To open your schematic file:
- Open your project in Libero IDE.
- Double-click the schematic file in the Files or Hierarchy tabs. ViewDraw opens with the file loaded.
- From the File menu, choose Save+Check to create the required files for netlist generation. When Save + Check is complete, the Status Bar will say "Check complete, 0 errors and 0 warnings in project <name>." You must select Save +Check. Only selecting Save will not generate the needed WIR file for that block.
- From the File menu, choose Exit. The schematic is saved to the project, appearing in both the Files tab and Hierarchy tabs. Your schematic file is updated in Libero.
- From the File menu, choose Save+Check to create the required files for netlist generation. When Save + Check is complete, the Status Bar will say "Check complete, 0 errors and 0 warnings in project <name>." You must select Save +Check. Only selecting Save will not generate the needed WIR file for that block.
