version code where a value of 0 represents A.0
Bits 27:20 – PNMID[7:0] Device Part
Number
Provides bits
[15:8] of the Device Part Number, where the entire Part Number is given by PN[15:0]
= DID[27:12].
Bits 19:12 – PNDID[7:0] Product Device
ID
This bit field
identifies a device within a product. Refer to the Ordering Information for
device configurations and corresponding values for Flash memory density, pin count,
and device variant.
Bits 11:1 – MANID[10:0] Manual
ID
This is
duplicate of the JEP-106 CC and ID code present in the Device Service Unit Coresight ROM
table that always read 0x29.
