3.6.22 `CNFG_PermanentLockCfg` Command and its Response

The CNFG_PermanentLockCfg command (0xCD) sets the protection level to Configuration - Permanently Locked.

bSrlLen → Length of the serial number, up to 60 bytes
vSrlNum → Serial number in Unicode format

This command is sent through Endpoint 0x05 (OUT). The response is read through Endpoint 0x85 (IN).
