13 High-Speed, 12-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter

Note:
  1. This data sheet summarizes the features of the dsPIC33CK256MC006 family of devices. It is not intended to be a comprehensive reference source. To complement the information in this data sheet, refer to “12-Bit High-Speed, Multiple SARs A/D Converter (ADC)” (www.microchip.com/DS70005213) in the “dsPIC33/PIC24 Family Reference Manual”.
  2. Some registers and associated bits described in this section may not be available on all devices due to the number of implemented ADC channels. Refer to dsPIC33CK256MC006 Product Families for ADC channel availability on device variants.

dsPIC33CK256MC006 devices have a high-speed, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) that features low conversion latency, high resolution and oversampling capabilities to improve performance in AC/DC and DC/DC power converters. The devices implement the ADC with one shared core.

The number of available channels and negative inputs is dependent on package size, as shown in Table 13-1 and Table 13-2.
