Bit 5 – FRCTC Fast RC Oscillator
Temperature Compensation
This bit shows the temperature
compensation state, which was stored during manufacturing. This value is not meant
to be changed by the user.
Bits 4:0 – FRCCAL[4:0] Fast RC Oscillator Calibration
Factory calibration data is
written into this register during start-up. The lowest frequency of the FRC
oscillator is available when the calibration registers are in the reset state
(‘0’). For more details on the FRC parameters, refer to the
ATA8210/ATA8215 UHF ASK/FSK Receiver Data Sheet (9344E). The FRCCAL register must only be
modified by the firmware. The tuning range during operation is limited to ±8 steps
from the factory calibration value. All other values are not
tested.
