Returns the status of the SFR_RESET diagnostic This function verifies correct reset values of each TCC peripheral register, by comparing the value of each register after reset, with the expected value stored in a table

Diagnostic verifies the following faults do not exist

  • DIAG_TEST_PASSED if no faults were found, otherwise, DIAG_TEST_FAILED.
