14.9.2 Open and Set Up the Event Recorder Window

To open and set up the Event Recorder window:

  1. Open Event Recorder from Window > Event Recorder.

  2. In the user interface, click
     to add available plots. In this case there are four plots available: RTOS Tasks, RTOS Memory, RTOS CPU, and RTOS Events. They are defined in the freertos_view.scvd project file.

  3. Every plot is an individual sub-window which you can drag and drop, resize, rotate, zoom in and out, and close.

  4. You can organize the plots according to your preference. The time axis shows the number of seconds since debug started.
