6.4 Flash Dual Partition
The dsPIC33A family devices contain an internal programmable Flash array for storing and executing application code. The high-endurance Flash array provides great flexibility in code development and storage, combining a long retention life with a high number of read/write cycles. The memory is readable, writable and erasable during a normal operation over the entire VDD range. This version of Flash program memory has the dual partition feature implemented where the Flash memory can be divided into equal halves and each panel can function as two different address spaces.
