2.2.21 CFI Data

The CFI Data client is used to store query data for CoreCFI. This data is stored in a reserved page location and does not consume any of the 2048 user‑accessible pages in the Flash Memory System.

Use the dialog box to specify the location of the memory file that contains the CFI query data. This memory file is provided when you obtain the CoreCFI IP and is in Actel Binary format. You are not expected to modify this file.

When the CFI Data client is used as the only client, the generated outputs are top_level.vhd and top_level.efc. The EFC file is used to program the Flash Memory System Builder.
