This field configures the upper threshold for asserting a SQI interrupt. When set to
0x1F, the SQI interrupt is disabled.
When set to a value other than 0x1F, The SQI interrupt will be triggered at any time
the computed SQI Value (SQIVAL) is less than or equal to the configured threshold. This may be
used to trigger an interrupt at any time the SQI of a specific PLCA node falls below
a desired level.
