P_STAT = P_DC1 + (N_INPUTS × P_DC7) + (N_OUTPUTS × P_DC8) + (N_PLLS × P_DC9)

N_INPUTS is the number of I/O input buffers used in the design.

N_OUTPUTS is the number of I/O output buffers used in the design.

N_PLLS is the number of PLLs available in the device.

Standby Mode

P_STAT = P_DC2

Time Keeping Mode

P_STAT = P_DC3
