2.1.22 Designing with the Analog System
The Analog System is initialized through the Analog Configuration multiplexer (ACM). The ACM supports a maximum operating frequency of 10 MHz; therefore, Analog System initialization must be performed at a frequency below 10 MHz.
The phase‑locked loop (PLL) and the NGMUX can be used as required to allow initialization to occur at a frequency below 10 MHz while enabling normal system operation at frequencies greater than 10 MHz.
