13.1.11 Window Menu

This section lists the menu items in the Window menu.

For keyboard shortcuts of some of these menu items, see Help > Keyboard Shortcuts Card.

MPLAB® Code Configurator v5	Opens MCC v5. Same action as
Kit Window	Opens the Kit Window. Several kits when connected will be autodetected and the window will open.
Projects	Opens the Projects window.
MPLAB Discover	Opens MPLAB Discover tab. Same action as .
Files	Opens the Files window.
Classes	Opens the Classes window.
Favorites	Opens the Favorites window.
Services	Opens the Services window. See NetBeans help for more on this window.
Dashboard	Opens the Dashboard window.
Navigator	Opens the Navigator window. See NetBeans help for more on this window.
Acton Items	Opens the Action Items window.
Tasks	Opens the Task List window. See NetBeans help for more on this window.
Output	Opens or moves to front the Output window.
Editor	Opens an empty Editor window.
Debugging	Opens debugging windows. See Window Menu, Debugging Submenu.
Web	Opens web-related windows. See Window Menu, Web Submenu.
IDE Tools	Opens an IDE tools window. See Window Menu, IDE Tools Submenu.
Target Memory Views > Memory Type	Opens specified Memory window. Memories shown depend on the project device. See either: Memory Windows - 8- and 16-Bit Devices Memory Windows - 32-Bit Devices
Simulator	Opens Simulator windows. See Window Menu, Simulator Submenu.
Programming Center	Opens the Programming Center tab. Same action as “Order Free Programmed Samples” on drop-down list.
Event Recorder	Opens the Event Recorder List View tab.
Configure Window	Configures window(s) according to a listed option. See Window Menu, Configure Window Submenu.
Reset Window	Resets windows to their default settings.
Close Window	Closes the current tab in the current window. If the window has no tabs, the whole window is closed.
Close All Documents	Closes all open documents in the Source Editor.
Close Other Documents	Closes all open documents except the active one.
Document Groups	Create named document group(s).
Documents	Opens the Documents dialog box, in which you can save and close groups of open documents.
