2.1.8.3 Saturation

Two options are available to control the behavior of analog input saturation when calibration is enabled.

In the first option, calibration is always active. When a saturation condition occurs on the analog input, the calibration logic adjusts the value so that it is no longer saturated before passing it to the rest of the system.

In the second option, if the analog input is saturated, calibration is bypassed and the saturated value is passed directly to the rest of the system without adjustment.

The ASB Advanced Options dialog box allows you to select the desired saturation behavior.
