2.1.23.6 Flash Memory Block (FMB) User Clock
When the FMB is used with a data‑storage client, an additional clock port (USRCLK) is exposed at the top level. This clock supports a maximum frequency of 100 MHz, which is a limitation of the nonvolatile memory (NVM).
The USRCLK is intended to define the frequency at which user logic accesses the NVM. This clock is multiplexed with the initialization intellectual property (INIT IP) functionality, and the arbitration logic gives the INIT IP the highest priority.
The FMB user clock is independent of all other clocks described in this document.
