Sets the name of your user library.
-path {path}
Sets the pathname of your user library.
-option {value}
Sets your default compile options on your user library; possible values are:

do_not_compile | User library is not compiled |
refresh | User library is refreshed |
compile | User library is compiled |
recompile | User library is recompiled |
refresh_and_compile | User library is refreshed and compiled |
