Bit 16 – SEND_3D_CFG Send 3D Configuration Enable
When set, causes the next VSS packet to include 3D control payload in every VSS packet.
Bit 5 – RIGHT_FIRST Right First
Specifies the left/right order:

Bit 4 – SECOND_VSYNC Second Vertical Sync Enable
