5.41 Write Suspend During Page Programming

Issuing a Write Suspend instruction during a Page Program operation allows the host to erase or read any sector that is not currently being programmed. A minimum delay of TSUS (22 μs) is required between issuing the Write Suspend command and the next command.

Erase commands that target the suspended page or sector are ignored.

Any attempt to read from the suspended page returns undefined data, as the programming operation is incomplete.
