Bits 11:4 – TOID[7:0] Transmit Opportunity ID
This field configures the PLCA
transmit opportunity ID for which to measure the SQI. This is used to measure the SQI
for a specific node on a PLCA enabled segment. A value of 0xFF will result in the SQI
being measured over packets received from all nodes.
