5.60 Write Suspend During Page Programming

Issuing a Write Suspend instruction during a Page Program operation allows the host to erase or read any sector that is not currently being programmed. A minimum delay of TSUS (22 μs) must be observed between issuing the Write Suspend command and transmitting the next command.

Erase commands that target the suspended page or sector are ignored by the device.

Any read operation directed to the suspended page returns undefined data because the programming operation has not yet completed.
