5.59 Write Suspend During Sector Erase or Block Erase
Issuing a Write Suspend (75H) instruction during a Sector Erase or Block Erase operation allows the host to program or read data from any sector that is not currently undergoing an erase operation. A minimum delay of TSUS (22 μs) must be observed between issuing the Write Suspend command and transmitting the next command.
Programming commands directed to the suspended sector(s) are not ignored by the device; however, issuing program commands to suspended sector(s) is not recommended.
Any read operation targeting a suspended sector returns undefined data because the erase operation for that sector has not yet completed.
