5.6.5 Sector/Block Protect Bit (SEC)
The Sector/Block Protect (SEC) bit specifies the granularity of protection
controlled by the Block Protect bits (BP2, BP1, BP0). When SEC = 1,
protection is applied to 4-Kbyte sectors; when SEC = 0, protection is
applied to 64-Kbyte blocks. Protection applies to the top (TB = 0) or
bottom (TB = 1) of the array. The default setting is SEC =
0.
