5.7.7 Erase Suspend (SUS1) and Program Suspend Status (SUS2)

The Erase Suspend Status bit (SUS1) and Program Suspend Status bit (SUS2) are read-only bits in Status Register 2. These bits are set to 1 after execution of an Erase or Program Suspend (75H) instruction. The corresponding SUS bit is cleared to 0 by Erase/Program Resume (7Ah) instruction or by a power cycle.
